The hotel was constructed in 1964. One of its architects was V.D.Elizarov who together with other architects was working on the new architectural ensemble of Kreshchatyk in 1947 – 1954.

Its excellent location, closed to the Presidential administration, Parliament, Government, ministries, offices of the major International and Ukrainian enterprises and near the great majority of Kiev's historical and cultural monuments, make it the preferred hotel of businessmen, diplomats and leisure tourists.

ACCOMMODATION: We have 192 rooms, including 40 suits, divided into 10 categories. Non smoking rooms and suites are available but subjected to confirmation in advance. All the rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, internet access, satellite TV. The majority has also safe, hairdryer, mini-bar and air conditioner. Rooms, suites and lifts are equipped with electronic key-cards from "Ving" security system.

CONFERENCES & MEETINGS: Borisfen, Leda, Byzantine and Panorama halls (capacities up to 60 persons) are at your disposal for conferences, meetings and presentations. Average rental prices are USD 50 - 70 per hour (including the use of TV/Video, slide and graphics projectors, screen and flipchart. Multimedia projector is also available (8,00 USD per hour). Translators, secretaries and additional equipment are provided when requested in advance. In cooperation with the Ukrainian House, located only 70 meters from our hotel, with access by underground passage, we propose: Concert hall (up to 490 persons); Conference halls (up to 220 persons); a large exhibition and presentations hall.
